Respected Dr. Mohit Shah Sahib, This is small but sincere note of gratitude to you for advising me the suitable medication to manage my psychiatric ailments right from the year 2012. A curious reader may ask as to why am I grateful to Dr. Sahib? I will like to share my journey of mental ailments. With the grace of God and the blessings of my parents, I stood first in mechanical engineering in the entire state of Maharashtra. Then I completed my graduation in engineering and an MBA in finance from Bombay University. I was fortunate to be employed by CRISIL, India's first and best credit rating company, where I got an opportunity to apply my knowledge of engineering and MBA and to gain more knowledge. My wife contracted cancer just within two year of our marriage and she expired in the year 1993. Being an emotional person, I went down in a spiral of depression for several years. While I was treated by psychiatrists, I was unable to lead a 'normal life'. Fast forward to the year 2012. One day, I had a manic episode. Since I was staying near the Bombay Hospital, my family members took me there. Dr. Ashit Sheth Sahib was the head of psychiatry and Dr Mohit Shah Sahib was in Dr Ashit Seth's team. He successfully diagnosed the ailment and took quick action. After some days my situation improved. But the best part is that gradually my QUALITY of LIFE improved. I could work effectively. I no longer moved around like a zombie, which was my situation when earlier psychiatrists treated me. Hence I am eternally grateful to God and Dr. Mohit Shah for bringing back my derailed life on track.
